Choose Columns for a Prospecting Export

What you can do

Before exporting a Prospecting list, you can choose which columns to include in your CSV file.

This lets you customize the export so it includes the information you need for follow-up, research, marketing, or analysis.

You can include details such as property information, owner information, listing information, and mortgage-related fields when available.

When to use this

Use column selection when you want to:

  • Export only the information you need
  • Include listing details, such as MLS number or MLS status
  • Include owner-related details, such as owner-occupied status
  • Include mortgage-related details, such as loan type, lender name, loan amount, or active mortgage status
  • Prepare a file for Excel, a CRM, or another marketing tool
  • Share a more useful prospecting list with your team

Why some fields may be blank

Some fields may be blank in your export.

This can happen when:

  • The data is not available for that property
  • The data is not available in the selected county
  • The property does not have a matching listing or mortgage record
  • The selected field does not apply to that property

For example, MLS-related fields may be blank if there is no matching MLS listing associated with the property. Mortgage-related fields may be blank if mortgage information is not available.

Things to know

Column options control what appears in your downloaded CSV file. They do not change your search results.

Available data can vary by county and by property.

If you plan to use the export in another system, such as a CRM or mailing platform, choose only the columns you need. This can make the file easier to work with.
