The Settings page is where you’ll go to configure your saved criteria and results, default views, and maps in MLS Tax Suite. You’ll also set up your options for branding and customizing Property Reports. Everything is on one page, so it’s easy to find exactly what you need.
Branding
If you’d like to customize your printed and saved reports with a logo or other image and your name and contact information, just check the box to add branding to reports, fill in the appropriate fields, and click the Save button.
Email Address
Enter the default email address to use when sending emails from within the program and click the Save button. You will have the ability to change on-screen when sending an email.
Default County(ies)
Select your most frequently searched/used county(ies) to be displayed in all county boxes through the MLS Tax Suite.
Search Settings
Choose your favorite search page as your default search page.
Map Directions
When viewing directions on a map, you can set a default starting point by entering an address here and then clicking Save.
Saved Criteria
All of your saved criteria are listed here. Click the pencil icon to edit the name of any listing, or click the X icon to delete it. If you want to change the criteria, create a new Saved Criteria on the search page.
Saved Results
Same as the saved criteria above, you can change the name of or delete any of your saved search results.
Custom Results
To specify the default columns for your search results, select Simple View or Custom View. Simple View will show you the basics: property address, listing status, parcel ID, owner’s name, etc.
Custom View allows you to choose exactly which columns you'll see on the results page. Check the box next to each item you want to see and uncheck those you’d like to hide. Using the icon on the right side, you can drag the columns into your preferred order.
Comparables Result List
The CMA, Client Report, and Quick CMA provide a grid view. Here you can choose which columns to display in the grid. You can display up to fourteen columns at a time. Check the box next to each item you want to see and uncheck those you’d like to hide. Using the icon on the right side, you can drag the columns into your preferred order.
Map/List View
Choose whether your search results are shown in Map View or List View by default. And whether to display the Road or Aerial map view. You can always change the view when you are on those pages.
Property Report
Property Map Defaults allow you to show or hide a subject property's Dimensions and Shading on the property report map display.
Property Report sections allow you to show or hide specific sections on the Property Report by default. For example, if you always hide the Owner section, you can uncheck it here to hide it by default. You can always show it when you viewing a Property Report if needed.
Home Improvement
When adding property value adjustments for a subject property in the CMA, you can decide which estimated market value to apply the value adjustment.
