To help ensure data security and system performance, the MLS Tax Suite (CRS Data) includes a session timeout feature. This means that users will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity.

Session Timeout Duration: 90 minutes

What Triggers a Timeout: If there is no activity within the MLS Tax Suite for 90 minutes, your session will end automatically.

What Counts as Activity: Activity includes clicking through pages, performing searches, or interacting with features inside the MLS Tax Suite.
✅ How to Stay Logged In
Simply leaving the tab open or staying logged into the MLS platform does not count as activity. You must actively use the MLS Tax Suite (e.g., run a property search, view reports, etc.) at least once every 90 minutes to avoid being logged out.

No worries—just log back in through your MLS dashboard to continue using the MLS Tax Suite.
