We’ve released several updates to Prospecting and Advanced Search to help you build more targeted property lists, review the criteria behind your searches, and export more useful information.
Here’s what’s new:
Include selected Prospecting criteria in CSV exports
When exporting from Prospecting, you can now include the filters used to create your list. This makes it easier to remember how a list was built, share your search criteria with a team member, or recreate a similar search later.
Use new Prospecting filters
Prospecting now includes additional filters, including Loan Type, Foreclosure Status, Building Stories, and Building Units. These filters give you more ways to narrow your search based on mortgage details, foreclosure records, and property structure information.
Choose from more Prospecting export columns
You now have more options when selecting columns for a Prospecting export, including fields such as MLS Status, MLS Listing Number, Loan Type, Lender Name, Loan Amount, Active Mortgage, and more. This gives you more control over the information included in your downloaded CSV file.
Access additional fields in Advanced Search
Advanced Search now includes additional fields that were already available in Prospecting, creating a more consistent search experience across MLS Tax Suite.
Please note that available filters, fields, and exported data may vary by county based on the data available for that area.
